After the update, mailings based on old templates (either from designs or archives) can no longer be used. All Matoma users are informed separately.

FormCycle forms cannot be sent

At present, there is a incident in the transmission of forms via FormCycle. Affected forms cannot be sent successfully at the moment. Data already entered cannot be transmitted.

Update: The problem is fixed. Problem was the lack of availability of the adjacent mail server.
Problems with registration on FormCycle

UPDATE 15.02.2026:
If you are affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends the following steps to create temporary remedy.
1. Select in Outlook File > Options > Advanced. Two. Select *Coding for outgoing messages automatically under International Options. *
RESPONSIBILITY **
Currently, it may happen to individual users that umlaute (ä, ö, ü, ß) are not displayed correctly in Outlook emails and instead appear as question mark (?). This can occur in both sent and received emails.
